Cyclops

Cyclops is an open-source dev tool that simplifies Kubernetes with an easy-to-use UI, making it less intimidating. Instead of creating and configuring your Kubernetes manifests with YAML, use Cyclops to painlessly configure and deploy your applications - validations included!
Contribution : Improved state-management to better tackle loading state of multiple templates in Table.

A React frontend and Cloudflare workers backend application offering features that replicate Medium, the popular blogging platform with AI capabilities.
My Contribution : Statistics Dashboard

Openpedia

Openpedia provides a wealth of useful resources that enable developers to become a seasoned open source contributor.
My Contributions :

Converted static component to dynamic component.
Discovered bug in footer & navigation and resolved it.

AI Face Mask

Trained a Convolutional Neural Network model to analyze face images and detect whether a person is wearing a mask or not, the type of mask being worn, and whether the mask is worn correctly.
Evaluated the model by measuring accuracy and precision using Scikit Learn and identified the bias that affects the model’s performance. Achieved an accuracy of 73.4% on the validation model.

Steam Game Recommendation

Devised a model that provides personalized recommendations to video gamers to purchase a new game based on user behavior by applying preprocessing methods and performing exploratory data analysis on the dataset using PySpark (Big Data Framework).
Trained and compared between Matrix Vectorization – ALS, and Item-Item Recommendation - Cosine Similarity & Pearson Coefficient. Calculated Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) value for understanding the effectiveness of each model.

Covid Detection using Xray

Developed a deep learning-based classification system using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to identify COVID-19, pneumonia, and normal cases in chest radiography images.
Leveraged transfer learning techniques with MobileNetV2 as a feature extractor and implemented a custom CNN model from scratch, optimizing hyperparameters such as batch size, learning rate, and early stopping for improved accuracy.
Utilized Python, TensorFlow, and Keras to preprocess, train, and evaluate the models, achieving an accuracy of 86.25% for the custom CNN model and 84% for MobileNetV2, demonstrating the potential for assisting radiologists in COVID-19 diagnosis.
